Fished at Rock Creek today. The weather was very nice with a breeze from the North. Wind calmed down near
sunset. Caught numerous Rainbow Trout, Bluegill, Red Ear, several small Perch and Largemouth Bass, and 3 real nice sized
Largemouth at 12, 14, 15 inches. I used a 1/64 oz. round jig head with a 1" yellow or black twister tail. Also,
used a plastic crawdad and Rapala X-Rap with much success. Water clearest of the year around 8-10 feet in most areas
of the lake.

Took along a friend to fish at Swanson today. We had a perfect breeze from the south and fished in the kayaks just
south of the island by the dam. Water is up from last year by about 3-4 feet. We landed just one white bass.
I had one hook up. There was limited activity. There were several fishermen in waders fishing from the island
with bucktail jigs. I saw only one fish caught from there. We have a front moving in tonight. Big storm
to the north. The temps were in the high 60's. Water about 1-2 foot clarity. We used the Lytle lure, inline
spinners, and spinner baits, along with an X-Rap. Will try again in a couple weeks after it warms up a bit.

Took two clients to Rock Creek this afternoon. Wind was out of the south at 25+ mph. Found some quiet spots
to fish for Perch and Bluegill. Also, caught a 14" largemouth and numerous Rainbow Trout using a Panther Martin Spinner.
Water was very clear with about 12' visibility. We used small 1/64 oz. jigs with a black or yellow twister tail
on the end. We caught quite a few fish today. Temps in the 50's to 60.

Paddled the Republican River with a friend during the early evening hours. We paddled from the Meat Processors
to behind the Benkelman Golf Course. It took a little less than 2 hours. The water is flowing great right now.
We saw 50-75 deer, Turkey, Ducks, and Geese. Very nice relaxing trip. Temps in the low 70's with wind from south.
Watched a storm brew to the north that later developed tornados in the Gothenburg area.

Fished at Rock Creek for a couple hours just before sunset. The wind died down to a very calm evening. Caught
many Crappie, Bluegill, Red Ear, Perch, and a Trout using a 1/64 jig head and "Food Source" 1" Meal Worms. 45 Total
fish caught. Also, just before sunset took after some Bass. Got 10 in about 40 minutes using a Rebel Topwater popper.
All were over 14 inches with two of them over 18". Excellent fishing! Lost around 6 or so as well. These
