Caught 13 Rainbow trout and 6 Perch at Rock Creek. Temperature was around 60 degrees today. Very unusual
for this time of year. Trout were very active on topwater. Used a Gold Panther Martin spinner and one Steve Lytle's
secret lures.
Water was very clear. Could actually see the hits, very fascinating! The trout were about 10 inches and the
perch in 6-8 inch range. Fished about an hour and paddled about 30 minutes. Had a beaver pop up out of the water
about 10 feet from kayak. He seemed friendly.

Went to Rock Creek. Beautiful day! Started fishing around 4:15 pm until sundown. Got in about 1hour
and 15 minutes of kayaking and fishing. The water was very clear today. Caught 17 fish total including Rainbow
Trout, Brown Trout, Crappie, Perch, and Largemouth Bass. The bass was caught in about 6 feet of water in a channel on
a Secret Lure by Steve Lytle. The bass was very healthy looking and was 13 inches long. The crappie was nice sized
as well around 9-10 inches. The rainbow trout were 10-14 inches. Hooked on to something big but you know how it
goes, he got away! This was some exciting fishing today. The water was open on about 10 acres of the lake.
I was the only one there today.
