Mood:  energetic

It was a busy day but I managed to balance things pretty well.   Planned for classes well.  JH practice did not go very well.  Execution and discipline was poor.  We need to play against the game.

 I worked out with Power 90 Strength level 1.  3rd Day.  Feel great.  Sore, back sore from basketball.  Had 5th grade practice tonight.  Christian is getting better with skills. CJ has great skills for a Kgt. 

 Mountain biked the trail by river east of town.  1/2 hour ride.  Ate a little too much at lunch but did not overdo the whole day. 

I am driven to get under 200 lbs.!!!!  Got to watch diet.

Beautiful day outside.  Around 60 degrees.  Cooled off by the time I was able to ride.

 Christians project looked great!  He made a Hogan of the Navajo Indian tribe.  Worked with CJ after school today shooting in the gym.  He loves the 2 chair drill.

 Christian had Cub Scouts.
